The Firm was established January 1st, 1999 by Francisco González-Nieto, Javier A. Feliciano Guzmán and Edgar F. Balzac. Prior to this date, all three attorneys were members of Nevares, Sánchez-Alvarez & González-Nieto. Mr. González-Nieto was a former partner in the corporate department of McConnell Valdés. On March 17, 2003, José G. Barea-Fernández, Esq., formerly with Correa-Calzada, Collazo-Salazar, Herrero, Jiménez & Fortuño joined the Firm as member.
